About Me

I am a retired educator who now loves to travel as much as time and money will allow.  In the fall of 2013 a friend and I took a Viking River Cruise which began in Barcelona, arrived in Avignon by bus where we embarked on an eight-day journey up the Rhone and Soane rivers, and ended with a week in Paris.  The cruise was wonderful but Paris was pure magic.

Not long after we returned, I said to my friend, “Do you know what we really should do…rent an apartment in Paris…for a month!”  She had only one question: “When?” so that is exactly what we are about to do.  Family, friends, and anyone else who would like to come along are welcome.  Let’s get tripping!
